IVG.one
How we work

Technology organizes. Humans decide.

Automation is excellent at finding, sorting and measuring. It is unreliable at judging whether a publication is credible and unpleasant to receive when it writes the email. We have drawn the line deliberately, and we will not move it to increase volume.

  • Human-led outreach
  • SEO + AEO
  • Verified placements
  • Publisher relationships
  • Enterprise programs
Human control

Technology organizes. Humans decide.

Software is very good at gathering, sorting and measuring. It is not good at judging whether a publisher is credible, whether a page is contextually relevant, or how to hold a conversation with an editor. So we do not ask it to.

Our position

Every publisher is approved by a person.

Technology can find a hundred thousand websites. It cannot tell you which fifty deserve your brand. Each site we approach is reviewed against your acceptance criteria by someone first. Every pitch is approved by a person who can answer for it, and every reply is answered by a person. That is slower. It is also how publisher relationships last past the first placement.

What technology handles

Supporting role
  • Prospect discovery and research
  • Data organization and deduplication
  • Metric collection and monitoring
  • Drafting and delivery of approved first-touch messages
  • Reporting and campaign history
  • Visibility measurement across search and AI

What people control

Always human
  • Publisher selection
  • Website qualification
  • Outreach message approval
  • All publisher conversations
  • Negotiation
  • Placement review
  • Final verification

What you control

Always the client
  • Approve or deny every paid placement
  • See the quoted fee before anything is pursued
  • Set acceptance criteria for publishers
  • Select priority pages and markets

What our reviewers check

Authority scores are a secondary check. A high number on an irrelevant site is still the wrong publisher.

  • Relevance to your brand and audience
  • Real, stable organic traffic
  • Editorial standards and real authors
  • Placement quality: in-content, on an indexed page
  • Whether answer engines cite the source
  • Your acceptance criteria, set per client
The eight states

Every opportunity moves through the same eight states.

No opportunity skips a step, and none is reported ahead of where it actually is. This is the sequence the outreach ledger records against every website.

01

Discover

Identify relevant opportunities across publishers, resources, trade press and reclaimable references, scoped to your categories and markets.

02

Review

Human review for relevance, quality, context and fit. Anything that does not clear the acceptance criteria is removed here, not later.

03

Approve

Prioritize the targets worth pursuing, in the order that serves the priority pages rather than the order that fills a quota fastest.

04

Contact

Human-managed publisher outreach. The pitch and the angle are approved by a person, and the list was qualified by one.

05

Respond

Manage the publisher conversation, including the follow-ups, the questions and the editorial back-and-forth.

06

Negotiate

Handle opportunity terms and requirements. Where a publisher asks for a fee, the opportunity goes to your approval board and nothing is committed until you approve that specific placement.

07

Confirm

Confirm the placement details: the page, the context, the anchor, the target URL and the publication date.

08

Verify

Verify that delivery actually occurred, record the live URL and close the record. Nothing is reported before this step.

The outreach ledger

One website. One outcome. One record.

Our outreach ledger records the actual outcome for every website we touch. A site is not contacted twice because a second campaign forgot it had already been approached. A delivery is not recorded before it exists. A placement is not counted until it is live and verified.

Outreach state

  • Discovered
  • Reviewed
  • Approved
  • Contacted
  • Responded
  • Negotiating
  • Confirmed
  • Verified

What your report shows

  • Qualified targets
  • Outreach completed
  • Response rate
  • Opportunities identified
  • Confirmed placements
  • Live URLs
  • Target pages
  • Placement type
  • Paid opportunities approved and denied
  • Authority and traffic information
  • Date verified
  • Full campaign history

Every line is traceable to a live URL you can open. If it is not verified, it is not on the report.

Working alongside your team

We are not here to replace your agency.

IVG.one is designed to sit beside your existing SEO team, agency, ecommerce platform, analytics stack or retail technology. Our role is the specialist off-page and authority layer.

Your existing platform can identify search demand, ecommerce performance, content opportunities and retail visibility. We handle publisher outreach, external authority, editorial references, link acquisition, reclamation, digital PR, third-party mentions and AEO authority support.

  • A single point of contact for all off-page work
  • Acceptance criteria agreed with your team before outreach starts
  • Reporting your agency or internal team can read without translation
  • No overlap with work another partner is already doing
  • 45 minutes of IT Genius time each month for technical questions
What the engagement covers. The contracted work, the qualification standards we agree with you, transparent reporting and verified placements. Search rankings and AI citations are controlled by external platforms and are outside the control of any provider, including us.

Ask us the hard question first.

Ask how many websites we contacted last month and how many placements we reported. The gap between those two numbers tells you more about a provider than any case study.
